How to make an appointment as a signed in OxyCity user?

1.Click on the button Make appointment under the widget My healthcare providers or on the New button under the widget My appointments.

_img2If the widget My healthcare providers or My appointments are not visible in your CGM OxyCity profile page, then display it (see How can I set the visibility of the widgets on my profile page?).

2.Select at the top the treatment type for which you want to make an appointment (physiotherapy, osteopathy ...).

3.Select thereafter the requested office (if the healthcare institution has several offices).

4.Select thereafter the date on which and the agenda of the healthcare provider with who you want to make an appointment (if there are several agendas for this treatment type).

5.The hours during which the healthcare provider is still available are retrieved.

6.Select the starting hour for your appointment and click at the bottom on the OK button to confirm the appointment request.

7.If the healthcare provider finds it necessary, you will first be asked to accept the office conditions and the privacy statement. Click in the box next to I declare that I agree with the above terms and conditions to be able to make your appointment.

8.Click subsequently on the OK button at the bottom.

_img2If you want to cancel the appointment anyway, click on the red cross at the left hand-side of the appointment data.  

_img2According to the healthcare provider, after being confirmed, your appointment will be added immediately under the widget My appointments in your profile page or first, an appointment message will be sent to the healthcare provider that can confirm the appointment.

9.A message pops up above mentioning that an appointment message was sent to the healthcare provider. Click in the message on OK to confirm the appointment.

If the healthcare provider registers your appointment, the appointment data appear in the appointment overview under the widget My appointments in your profile page.  

If the healthcare provider refuses your appointment, you will receive a refusal message that appears under the widget My messages in your profile page or an email.

Appointment request

1.Follow points 1 until 4 above.

2.Click on the OK button at the bottom to request the appointment date and preferred hours by sending a message to the healthcare provider.

3.Your personal data in your User account appear under the tab Patient data and are used when sending your appointment data.

4.Select the appointment date and hours you want to request under the tab Availability.

5.In the text fields under the tab Additional information, you can enter additional information about your requested treatment.

6.If the healthcare provider finds it necessary, you will first be asked to accept the office conditions and the privacy statement. Click in the box next to I declare that I agree with the above terms and conditions to be able to make your appointment.

7.Click at the bottom on the OK button to confirm the appointment request.

8.A message pops up to confirm that your appointment request was sent successfully.

If the healthcare provider registers your appointment, the appointment data appear in the appointment overview under the widget My appointments in your profile page.  

If the healthcare provider refuses your appointment, you will receive a refusal message that appears under the widget My messages in your profile page or an email.
